They did a full structural design, all the permits and engineering. They removed some structural walls reconfigured the main areas of the house, added a bathroom and redid all lighting, plumbing, floors, windows, doors, trims, kitchen , 2 bathroom makeovers and painted the entire house. The process was timely, communication with Jeff was daily and the worksite was always clean. The overall experience was better than we expected  based on past experiences with contractors. We gutted our kitchen, dining room, family room, a full bathroom and laundry room. Part of this project included taking out a major load-bearing wall in the center of our home, which had a fireplace/chimney in it as well. With the help of Jeff's engineer, the wall was removed along with the fireplace and chimney, and a beam was installed to support the load. We also had a sunken living room which Jeff recommended we raise to level out our first floor, which allowed for a more functional use of the space. Jeff was very fair with costs and keeping us abreast of changes and issues. While we did run into a few curveballs, Jeff handled them in a professional manner. Even after the job was completed, Jeff came back for a few punch list items that were above and beyond what we assumed we would get. We lived in our home during this 4+ month project, so we were there to see the progress daily, and we were very satisfied for the timeline we were given. We could not ask for a more beautiful and functional finished project. As the project started, we added painting the living room and continuing the new flooring through all three rooms. The bathroom was completed on time and looks fantastic. Said did all of the work and knows his craft. The kitchen and living room took longer than expected and we hit a few bumps in the road, but some of that is an expectation of remodeling. Jeff suggested a helpful design idea for the kitchen that solved an issue with our French door fridge, which we really appreciate.
